PÖFF is looking for volunteers

Without volunteers, there would be no Black Nights Film festival (PÖFF). It's that simple. PÖFF is looking for everyone who is ready to help to organise one of the largest film events in Northern Europe.

We have free positions from ticket sellers to guest support and from drivers to photographers, there are more than a dozen jobs to choose from. All assistants undergo extensive training.

In return, the volunteer can watch PÖFF films and take advantage of various discounts only valid at the festival, including lunch. Depending on what the festival season brings (if there are any COVID-19 restrictions), we will also organise special filmnights and gatherings.

In total, we expect 400 volunteers to join us in Tallinn and Tartu, as well in Narva, Kohtla-Järve and Jõhvi, where the PÖFF branch festival KinoFF will take place.

Deadline is September 25.

Since 2019, the Black Nights Film Festival will also carry the Volunteer Friend badge, which recognises organisations that are excelled in involving volunteers and dealing with them at a high level of professionalism.

The Black Nights Film Festival will take place this year from 11 to 27 until November.
