What inspires you the most?

Music is a big inspiration for me. I especially love soundtracks and theme music, particularly nostalgic pieces from the '80s and '90s. I enjoy spacey, futuristic sounds, as well as eerie and scary music. I'm also inspired by horror movies and creepy kids' TV shows from the 90s, like Are You Afraid of the Dark? and Goosebumps.

What is the longest film you have ever seen?

The longest film I’ve probably seen is Gone with the Wind. I remember borrowing the VHS from the library with my mom when I was a kid. I don’t recall much of the movie itself—I think I was quite young and more interested in playing outside than sitting through a 4-hour movie. I’m not even sure if I ended up watching the whole thing!

Do you have a favorite short film or animation?

I enjoy short films and animations, but somehow I need to be in the right mindset for them. They're not something I often seek out purely for enjoyment, which might seem a bit odd. When I do watch them, I tend to start thinking about work and my own creative processes. The last short film I just recently watched and enjoyed was Blush by Iiti Yli-Harja.
